I came home late on Thursday to find I had no heat. I couldn't call until 4pm on Friday the operator told me someone would call between 5&7 no one called. I received a call on monday I was told he didn't get the message so how did he know to call on monday? What happened to the 24 hour servics? Ok ! now that's said Paul fixed my heat problem he explained what was wrong so far so good.
